Designed for efficiency, reliability, and ease of operation, our standard coating booth features a streamlined structure that enables quick installation and minimal downtime. The overall design prioritizes accessibility and maintenance, with both the internal chamber and external vestibule areas engineered for easy cleaning, ensuring a consistently clean and controlled working environment.

  1. Optimized Structural Design
    The booth adopts a modular and user-friendly structure, allowing fast assembly and convenient maintenance. Smooth internal surfaces reduce powder accumulation and simplify routine cleaning.
  2. Dual Spray System Configuration
    Each side of the booth is equipped with:
    Two sets of automatic spray guns for consistent, high-efficiency coating application.
    Two sets of manual spray guns for detailed coating and touch-up operations.
    This combination ensures both productivity and precision, especially for complex workpieces.
  3. Convenient Utility Integration
    Compressed air connectors are installed on both sides of the booth, allowing easy and flexible connection of spraying equipment and auxiliary tools.
  4. Effective Containment Design
    Shielded sections at the booth entrance and exit effectively prevent powder escape and overspray diffusion, maintaining a clean surrounding environment and improving powder utilization efficiency.
  5. Enhanced Lighting System
    The booth is equipped with six groups of specialized “three-proof” lighting fixtures (dust-proof, moisture-proof, explosion-protected), providing a minimum illumination level of 300 lux. This ensures excellent visibility, enhancing operator accuracy and safety.
  6. Integrated Safety System
    An emergency stop button is installed at the main control station, allowing immediate shutdown of the conveyor or suspension system in case of emergency, ensuring maximum protection for both personnel and equipment.

Powder Coating Process
